Cool links from recent TechTV.

I love TechTV. I hate TechTV. I hate that Leo LaPorte gives an incorrect / incomplete answer one in ten times. I love that when I don't have the time to actually spend time surfing the web, I can catch up on TechTV and pull out some good stuff. As you might imagine, it's a love-hate relationship.

When they use a URL I've already known about or mention I site I think is cool, I feel like such a tool. I can't explain why. In any case, since I basically use this blog as sort of an extended memory for myself, here's the recent cool stuff...

AVIcodec: never go searching in vain for a codec again. Is this better than the K-lite package? Dunno.

Fontifier: create a font from your handwriting. Are they saving your handwriting for some top secret government database? Probably not.

PriceWatch: search for the lowest prices on computer hardware. Is it better than using Price Grabber, MySimon, or Froogle? Since I usually am just too lazy and just go to New Egg, I just don't know.

Okay, so I'm a tool, but at least now I know where I can find those links.
